Module 1 – EARTH

Welcome to first module – Earth!

By connecting your heart to her, you find balance in the chaos,
and develop sense intuition after breathwork.

“The most beautiful thing in the world is a heart that is changing.”

Anasazi

“To encounter the sacred is to be alive at the deepest center of human existence. Sacred places are the truest definitions of the earth; they stand for the earth immediately and forever; they are its flags and shields. If you would know the earth for what it really is, learn it through its sacred places. At Devil’s Tower or Canyon de Chelly or the Cahokia Mounds, you touch the pulse of the living planet; you feel its breath upon you. You become one with a spirit that pervades geologic time and space.”

Connecting with the stability of the earth is the fastest way to find your center in the middle of chaos.  It’s particularly effective with emotional chaos.  Allow yourself to feel your emotions, then allow them to release into the earth through your feet or sit bones.  We surrender to the earth mother together, and connect the energy of our hearts to all the beauty on the planet.

Our hearts radically alter the vibration of the earth, as the earth radically alters our own vibration.  We are one ecosystem.  The planet isn’t separate from us, just as the animals or trees aren’t separate.  We are just as vast, just as beautiful and fresh, just as fortified and just as self-sufficient as the earth mother.

For example, the earth rules abundance and the “sense” function.  If you have issues with abundance or finding your stable center, you may have an imbalance in Earth.  The earth gives all.  It constantly provides for us, no matter what ideas we get about non-renewable energy.  The earth is solid gold self-worth.  We are in an age where we are taught we are separate from the earth, just passengers aboard a ship.  In fact, we are earth life force, breathing itself in, perceiving itself as awareness made manifest.

The earth moves inside our organs as intent.  You just have to develop the sense perception in your body.  Ancient shamans in Mexico created most of the breathwork exercises in this course to help us notice how truly remarkable and vital our connection is to the earth.  So vital, they named her, earth Mother.

In our last breathwork session I’ll guide on a short journey beyond this lifetime, seeing yourself as a one-time or many times, child of earth.

As practice for cultivating your intuition, try going outside to do your breathwork.  When you’re done, open your eyes and see how different the earth looks after breathwork.  You’ll probably feel your surroundings more.

The most fascinating part of this practice for chaos is that as much as we need the earth, we can supersede the constraints of time and the majestic material world.  We use the wave-length of earth energy, because on a quantum level everything exists as a wave, to experience our souls and heal across lifetimes.
