Working with presence allows us access to our unconscious.

We give ourselves validation to our particular experience. 

The therapeutic aspect of this practice is recognizing our wounds, dreams and drives in our unconscious mind.

Presence allows us to embrace the beauty of our essential self.

Meditation calms the mind, sees where energy goes and heightens our sensory perception.  

Our shadow often brings things out into relationships to be seen.  In presence we willfully bring balance back to our lives.

Being Able to See Yourself

Going inward and facilitating change takes presence. The art of presence helps restructure our habits and beliefs from the inside out. The exercises and breath work are repetitive and practical.
